Completed training for examinated nursery (w/m/d) Training and Examination Regulation (PflAPrV) Complete bachelor's degree or specialist in nursing, nursing or comparable desirable Ideally experience in training and practical instructions Very good specialist and methodological skills in the practical guidance and support of trainees Own-sponsored and structured operation and a high degree of flexibility and mobility Educational skills, communication skills and organizational talent as well as interest in innovative training forms Enthusiasm and openness in dealing with people of different generations and origin
