The facility for children “Abenteuerland” can be visited from up to 185 children aged two to six (kindergarten) and from six to ten years (school children). The house has seven kindergarten groups and six school children's groups as well as various play and secondary rooms. Thanks to the partially open concept and the large age mix, we can care for the children in small groups. The group strength in the kindergarten is about 11–14 children and about 15–20 children in school care.

Our open-minded concept allows us to promote the strengths and abilities as well as the independence of children. When playing, children can choose independently between group and secondary rooms with different focuses and pursue their individual interests. School children and kindergarten children are supervised in a house. The group rooms of kindergarten and school children are to be found mixed in each floor. This creates the feeling of a great community in our institution. Just in the garden, both ages meet each other and there is a common game between big and small.
