Independent processing and coordination of customer orders Collection and maintenance Customer and order data in our ERP system Contact person for customers with questions about order processing, delivery times or technical requirements Close cooperation with sales, warehouse and shipping for smooth order processing Creation of offers on standard products, as well as verification of shipping documents

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification First professional experience in order processing desirable Technical affinity, as well as pronounced customer-oriented communication Practical experience in handling ERP systems and very good MS Office knowledge Organisational skills, communication strength, careful working and team skills German and English skills
