Your responsibility: This position is a work focused on integrating young and adult job-seekers quickly and permanently (again) on the 1st labour market with the help of holistic individual coaching. Their task is to work in a multi-professional team, which takes into account the individual obstacles of your clients (partially with physical and/or psychological limitations) and develop tailor-made management strategies. You recognize the skills and potentials of your clients and accompany them on the way to work. You create communicative interfaces between your clients and network partners. They create good conditions for your educational work and convince with personal and regular contacts with clients and close networking in the region. Administrative activities complete your area of responsibility. You bring with you: you have completed studies (e.g. social education, social work, medical, rehabilitation or special education, pedagogy). In addition, you already have experience with the target group. Ideally, you have a training on the basics of work with people with disabilities, autism and/or sign language or training for rehabilitation specialists. They are creative and bring a high degree of communication and team skills, self-initiative and joy in working with people.
