IT Organizer Campus Management System (m/f/d)

You take over the requirement management for extensions and new developments of the campus management system and the interfaces. These include the implementation of quality checks, acceptance tests and introductory activities You model and maintain examination and study regulations in the campus management system You conduct or moderate workshops or participate in workshops of the system manufacturer As an interface between specialist departments and IT/development, you advise on the use and handling of applications and interfaces You are contact persons for users and key users, answer customer requests, solve problems and create documentation

Completed training as a specialist or completed study of computer science, economic informatics or a comparable course of study Professional practice and experience with IT techniques and systems Knowledge of the student life cycle and the examination processes in the university administration are desirable. Ability to explain and present complex technical and organizational relationships in a comprehensible manner Impressive ability to structure and consistently implement complex technical specifications (e.g. statutes) Outstanding organizational and communicative skills High level of team capacity, self-initiative and service-oriented thinking and action Systematic and independent operation Knowledge of AI-based tools is desirable German knowledge required for Level C1
