Deputy shift manager (m/f/d)

You support and represent the shift management (e.g. in employee training on security, organization and process topics) You'll pack up when it comes to the operation and stuffing of our production facilities You organize the workflows at our production plants You monitor the production processes and the quality and cost of our manufactured products You take care of a high standard in terms of order and cleanliness by implementing e.g. TPM and 5S

You can demonstrate a successfully completed craftsmanship – technical training? You have already been able to gain first leadership experience? A high level of security is important to you at work? The handling of MS Office applications isn't difficult for you? Ideally, you already have experiences in the production environment? You like to work with people and take a leadership function in the group if necessary? You show the willingness to work in the flexible layer system?
