Then you will be part of our team! For technical cleaning, we are looking for a dedicated personality that combines operational tasks with leadership responsibility. As a foreman | Teamleiter (m/w/d) you ensure that processes run smoothly and our high quality standards are met daily. Your duties Order acceptance from your pre-set service manager Order processing with their team (approx. 2-10 employees) Preparation, planning and execution of orders in technical cleaning Perform your cleaning team (with compliance with the working protection principles) Quality control of the services provided incl. Protocol Holiday and operational planning You support our cleaning team in interesting objects in Hamburg- Harburg and the surrounding area. Ideally experience in technical cleaning (cleaning of machines and equipment) Class B driving licence Of advantage, but no need: ability to guide work platforms Impressed communication strength and empathy Ideally experience in guiding a team
