We are looking for a(n) motivated Control Tower Specialist (m/w/d) for our special business at Wustermark. What tasks do you take You are contact persons: for defined customers in the special customer segment and take over the coordination and monitoring of the delivery for the timely production with focus on quality management. You are responsible for communication with other specialist departments within the branch but also with other DHL branches in the event of disturbances in the transport process. You evaluate key figures (KPIs) to prepare them for customer appointments in meaningful presentations and to derive sustainable measures. You are responsible for the appointment monitoring and processing complaints. You control consignment documents and process incoming orders as well as control and control of the transport containers in a possible working time frame from 06:00 – 18:30.
