Master carpenter (m/f/d)

As a carpenter, you will support our carpenter and owner in these tasks: Technical management and organization of the room work in construction and wood module housing projects Planning, costing and construction process control of projects including appointment and resource planning Quality assurance, as well as execution planning leadership, training and development of the assembly team; Task distribution, motivation and performance management Interface to planning/architecture, construction management, manufacturers and customers Creating work processes, safety and health coordination according to applicable standards Determination of material requirements, labor costs and cost estimates, production of supplements digital documentation of project progress, defect management and acceptance processes

Completed training for the carpenter / carpenter, multi-year professional experience Leadership experience in wood construction Funded knowledge in the wood construction system, modular design, wood connections, fittings and assembly techniques Experience in construction management, time and cost management Leadership, team skills, decision-making and self-initiative Security awareness, quality orientation and solution-oriented thinking Very good knowledge of German; Communication strength in cooperation with customers, planners and manufacturers basic knowledge of measuring, assembly and wood processing machines; Use of CAD/3D planning of advantage Driving class B (BE of advantage) An independent, structured and proactive way of working – you pack things and finish them Joy in taking responsibility and driving things forward Open-minded way of dealing with people – whether in the team, with customers or suppliers a good sense of priorities and the view for the essential, even if it becomes turbulent Care, reliability and respectful handling of confidential information Safe handling of MS-Office, also enjoying experience with ERP systems
