After the establishment of the FLEX:Unit two years ago, this has been continuously developed. At the beginning of the new year, the FLEX:Unit has not only been assigned to the staff and organizational office, but also a combination with the staff exchange. The four-member management team of this new department “FLEX:Unit und Personalvermittlung” is now looking for reinforcement! You lead one of the two areas of expertise with a focus on ‘personal placement’. In addition to the placement of staff in special cases (e.g. due to health reasons), their area of responsibility also includes the internal placement of young people and returnees from parental leave on the basis of the concept of staff placement and the management of a subject of FLEX:Unit with currently 4 employees. The following activities are included in the tasks of the staff exchange: Consultation of the group of persons concerned Determining qualifications and creating a suitability profile taking into account any individual restrictions present Accompanying the mediated employees up to a permanent brokerage If necessary, to determine the necessary qualification measures, if necessary, in coordination with the Department of Education and Training, with regard to individual (training) measures for employees as part of the recruitment of employees Conduct counselling and feedback talks with the offices and departments, in particular the executives and the employees concerned. A good ability to interpret the laws, regulations, collective agreements, directives etc. underlying the activity is assumed. Studies.
