Strategic overall management of financial and accounting, including accounting, controlling, taxes and the creation of annual accounts Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of a six-member financial team – focusing on performance, scalability and transparency Introduction of sustainable budget planning in cooperation with the departments Implementation of a professional controlling system for various companies Responsibility for the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and ensuring a high degree of quality Initiation and control of projects for digitization and process optimization within financial and accounting Close cooperation with local management and global financial management through robust analyses, structured reporting and active participation of strategic financial decisions
