Cluster Lead Fully Integrated Pipe Network (f/m/d)

The Stuttgart networks ensure that electricity and gas arrive reliably at people around the clock in Stuttgart. As a distribution system operator, we are responsible for the operation, maintenance and modernization of the 5,600 kilometres long power grid and the 2,100 kilometres long gas network of the state capital. In addition to security of supply, we are investing in the further development of the networks to meet the increasing demands of the energy transition and to create a sustainable energy infrastructure in Stuttgart. In addition, we serve 74,000 street lights for the city of Stuttgart. As a subsidiary of the Stadtwerke Stuttgart, we support the state capital Stuttgart on the way to climate neutrality by 2035 with around 600 employees.

The cluster ''Full-integrated pipe network'' is responsible for safely operating the gas network of the state capital Stuttgart and for renewing it as needed and for managing the transformation into a hydrogen future. You take over the strategic and operational management of several teams within the fully integrated pipe network cluster You control resources, dates and budgets across your cluster and ensure effective cooperation You are central: contact person:in for internal and external interfaces You recognize risks early and develop appropriate measures and process optimization They promote the professional and personal development of your team leaders and ensure a positive leadership culture They establish transparent reporting and communication structures Takeover of tasks and responsibilities as technical leadership

Multiannual experience in leadership positions and process management Complete study with technical or energy-economic focus or a comparable qualification acquired by long-term, relevant professional experience knowledge in the construction and operation of gas supply networks and safe handling of the relevant regulations and standards Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking with a strong analytical and structured expression and experience in handling control instruments to ensure business success Communication strength and ability to motivate and guide a cluster with up to 100 employees in dynamic and complex environments Innovation joy and experience in managing changes
