From 2027, the Klinikum Darmstadt and the AGAPLESION ELISABETHENSTIFT together as Südhessen Kliniken will shape health care in Darmstadt and Südhessen. A common maximum provider is created from two traditional houses at the campus Mitte and campus Woog. With around 1,300 flatbeds, the Südhessen clinics become the second largest hospital in Hessen. The combination creates a strong health association with a wide range of services – from highly complex intensive care to outpatient interventions to modern hybrid services. Our Chest Pain Unit is currently under construction – and this offers the special opportunity to take responsibility from the start and actively shape a new supply unit. As a nursing guide, you play a central role in building structures, processes and processes. You guide your team with clarity, appreciation and professional competence and create the conditions for professional and patient-oriented care together with all professional groups involved. The supply of cardiological emergency patients is demanding, dynamic and versatile. As a hospital for maximum care, we offer state-of-the-art diagnostics and therapy and provide patients with acute breast pain as well as various cardiological diseases. The design of the CPU offers real design space: from the development and optimization of structures and processes, to the leadership and development of the team, to ensuring and developing the quality of care. As a nursing director, you have the opportunity to take responsibility from the start, to introduce your ideas and to shape the pulse of our new Chest Pain Unit together with us.

With us you take responsibility, lead with heart and actively shape the construction and further development of our CPU. Leadership & Organisation: Professional and administrative leadership of the care team as well as responsibility for service and holiday planning Construction & Development: Active co-design of the design and development of the CPU as well as optimization of structures, processes and workflows Interprofessional cooperation: close cooperation with the medical service, heart catheter laboratory, emergency room and other internal and external partners Communication: Participation in control communications, Jour Fixes and relevant meetings Quality: Ensuring and further developing care quality and CPU-specific standards Employee development: promotion, motivation and further development of employees as well as responsibility for training, further education

We are looking for a dedicated management personality that takes responsibility and, together with us, develops our CPU. Qualification: Complete training as a nursing professional and multi-year professional experience, ideally in cardiology, CPU, intensive care or emergency reception Guided tour: Continuing training for station management or studies in care management or Ready for qualification CPU Competence: Ideally CPU-Pflegeexpertise (DGK) or readiness for corresponding further training Personality: leadership skills, social strength, organisational skills and enforcement Design: self-initiative, innovativeness and solution-oriented thinking Teamwork: Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation and the further development of nursing care
