Production Line Supervisor / Food Technology Specialist in Canned Food Production (m/f/d)

Self-employed installation, conversion, commissioning and operation of machines and equipment. Ensuring a smooth production process and daily shift transfer in canned production. Staff management and planning of a defined production team. Maintenance of production and quality data in the system and on the production board. Working together to improve and optimize production processes. Preventive maintenance, maintenance and cleaning tasks. analyse, correct and document disturbances independently and ensure a trouble-free process in cooperation with the plant technology. Compliance and monitoring of safety, environmental and operational requirements.

Successfully completed vocational training, e.g. as a specialist for food technology, machine and plant guide (m/w/d). Ideally, you can look back on several years of professional experience in a food producing company in a comparable position. You bring extensive leadership experience. Embossed performance, team capacity, communication strength and independent working processes complete your profile. Experience with HACCP, IFS, EC Eco-VO and others would be desirable. High time flexibility due to our seasonality and willingness to shiftwork.
