Operational support in the development, acquisition and monitoring of corporate and project financing (focus on real estate) Creation of controlling reports and ongoing analysis of corporate liquidity Operational Treasury Management Support Preparation of presentations for financing partners as well as preparation of business appointments Administrative tasks in the financial sector: loan management and monitoring, contract and time-limit management, reporting obligations Close cooperation with the Commercial Director of the Group Participation in building and managing risk management Conducting regular analyses and evaluations of the financing portfolio with deriving concrete recommendations for action Participation in the creation of economic, financial and investment plans and implementation of scenario analyses and, where appropriate, Stress tests

Complete study of economics or comparable training Experience in Finance/Treasury and a good understanding of business relationships Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Embossed organisational and analytical capabilities, high load capacity and enforcement capacity Structured, independent and solution-oriented working with entrepreneurial thinking and commitment Ability to communicate complex facts clearly and understandably both in writing and oral
