Architect, civil engineer or similar as a tender manager in the field of award management, contract and bid management, with a focus on VgV procedures (m/f/d)

Research and monitoring of VgV procedures Examination of tender requirements and systematic and structured planning, organisation and support of the application process Careful processing, compilation and updating of administrative documents, forms, declarations and evidence Research, preparation and textual revision of suitable references Editing and voting of texts, presentations and descriptions for application and presentation documents Involvement and coordination of the planners involved in the process and follow-up of timely work elaboration, finalisation and formal and content quality assurance of the application and presentation documents as well as timely delivery

Successfully completed studies of architecture, technical marketing or comparable training Qualification (communication or media sciences, procurement management etc.) Strength in the structured processing of texts, forms and administrative documents Embossed feel for visual and textual content preparation knowledge of planning and construction processes and ideally practical experience in public procurement law through relevant professional experience in a comparable position Safe handling of common Adobe programs and MS Office Very good time management and organizational capacity as well as a structured and independent way of working
