You start in our internal functions – for example in our commercial areas such as financial accounting, project controlling or purchasing – and you will also learn about our other areas such as Talent Acquisition (Personal Selection), People Services (Personal Administration) or People Development (Personal Development). In addition, you have the chance to get to know our consulting areas in addition to the internal functions and to participate in project management in exciting customer projects. During your entire training, Tanja Hökendorf accompanies you as a permanent contact person. In addition, you will find an experienced expert in each station: from the respective department to the side. So you always have someone who assists you professionally, answers your questions, and works you step by step into new tasks. We are a team that holds together: We share knowledge, support each other and learn each other every day – become part of Kienbaum.
