Creation and further development of key figures dashboards with MS Power BI Implementation of data analysis (Power BI and Excel) as well as identification of key actions Processing of customer complaints including creation of 4D and 8D reports Ensuring and tracking of causes analyses and corrective measures Participation in other event-related topics in quality management

Studies in the technical field, e.g. economic engineering, business informatics or comparable study programme Good knowledge of current MS Office programs Experience with MS Power BI, ideally also SAP Structured and independent working methods and analytical competence Teamability and Communication Strength Good knowledge of German and English
