We develop, produce and assemble special machines and small series machines for the German and international market. From now on we are looking for: Customer Service Engineer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) — Bayreuth and Langenaltheim sites, Due to the necessary travel activity, the place of residence of the applicant is not decisive for the subsequent activity, since the arrival to the customer can take place directly from the place of residence.

You are responsible for the commissioning of new machines as well as for the maintenance, repair and maintenance of our machines at local customers (Germany and worldwide). The area of use and the length of the Mondays can be determined individually. Due to our special machine construction product program, the tasks to be carried out are different for each project, so that a varied field of activity results. Typically, the mechanical assembly of our machines is one of the tasks. Based on this, the individual machine components must be aligned and adjusted to one another. Small electrical connection work is also part of the task field. The machine is then commissioned, the production of test pieces and the final training of the customer. Of course, we offer you a sufficient period of incorporation together with experienced colleagues.

Complete vocational training as an industrial mechanic, locksmith, mechatronic or electrician/electronic. Experiences as a service technician or experience in the stone industry are advantageous, but not absolutely necessary. In the case of previous knowledge in the field of control technology, a greater focus is also possible on the field of machine operation. We also offer suitable job profiles for applicants with continuing vocational qualifications (e.g. technician training or studies).
