V., PROSON gGmbH is a medium-sized company of the German Pension Insurance Berlin-Brandenburg and part of an established network in occupational rehabilitation. We have many years of experience in personal advice, aptitude assessment and qualification and support with our knowledge of the regional educational market. The differentiated funding programmes of the PROSON gGmbH take into account the individual situation of our participants. We support a new start (restarting the professional life). (in parttime with 20–25 hours/week) In our professional training (BT), people with psychological limitations in training companies are prepared for re-entry into professional life.

Consultancy and care of mentally impaired adults* as part of individually coordinated professional training Implementation of accompanying individual talks / reha conversations Crisis intervention Participation in recording methods EDV-based preparation of technical opinions and accompanying documentation Implementation of multi-professional guided group offers

Graduate or Master degree in Psychology Professional experience as a psychologist* (outside internships) Experience in the occupational rehabilitation of mentally impaired people is desirable Good PC application knowledge (MS Office) Sovereign appearance and well pronounced proximity/stance capability Willingness to constructive cooperation in an interdisciplinary team

Contacting framework conditions: An attractive remuneration, sliding working hours from Monday to Friday with 38.5 hours/week (full-time employment) and 30 days holiday per year (based on a 5-day week) as well as the possibility of mobile work.
