You lead the clinic together with the medical management and ensure the efficiency and utilization You are responsible for the continuous development of the structure, process and result quality as well as for sales and assigning management including the contact setup/care to relevant service providers You report to the responsible management, department and department management and support them in the operational positioning of the clinic You play a key role in the strategic and operational development of the clinic and develop/test innovative ideas (also in the industry) on your suitability You represent the clinic in the regional environment and in various bodies You are responsible for (construction)projects of the clinics You create and control the budgets of the clinic and are responsible for their compliance

You have a completed academic degree from the fields of business/economy/economics, law (1st and 2nd State Exams) or health care management in the form of a master's degree. You can demonstrate at least five years of professional leadership in the medical sector. or You have a bachelor's degree which you have acquired in the fields of business/people/economics or health care management. You can demonstrate at least five years of professional leadership in the medical sector. Alternatively, you have an equivalent degree at level 6 of the German Qualifications Framework and can demonstrate at least five years of professional leadership in the medical field. In the event of a bachelor's degree or the above-mentioned alternative degree at level 6 of the German Qualification Framework as well as 5-year professional leadership, you will be willing to successfully participate in the modular qualification according to §25 LVO NRW, which is also offered for employees in analogue application.
