Description

• You take the first care of accidental and ill employees and ensure a fast and competent medical care.
• Employees advise you on health-related topics and actively contribute to the organisation of occupational health promotion.
• Work medical examinations such as vision tests, blood withdrawals, urine tests, rest and stress ECGs as well as lung function tests, terminate and carry out your own responsibility.
• You implement physical measures and advise employees on their application to support recovery and well-being.
• The proper documentation and the conscientious handling of medical records are your core tasks.
• Global and area-specific IT systems as well as standard software are used safely to efficiently design administrative processes.
• You will be able to provide solutions to improve processes and processes to continuously optimize our healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Education: completed training as examined:r Health and Nursing:in or comparable qualification
• experience and know-how: multiannual professional experience and emergency medical expertise; occupational health knowledge is desirable; safe handling of PC standard software (MS Office) and technical affinity with regard to occupational medical software programs
• Personality and working: you like to work and constructively in the team, take responsibility and act reliably; you manage to handle tasks independently and structuredly, keeping a clear head in phases of high load; you communicate clearly and kindly, both in writing and oral, and stand up confidently
• Enthusiasm: you are passionate about occupational safety and health issues and want to actively contribute to prevention
• Languages: good German and English in word and writing *The gross annual salary for this body shall be at least EUR 59,000 for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfilment of the tariff requirements).
