Takeover of product responsibility of part of defined application services and IT systems Development and implementation of organizational and technical solutions to optimize business processes and IT services Ensuring the cost-effectiveness and schedule of applications in operational use and in projects Planning, implementation and control of complex IT projects, including change of service providers, alerts and the coordination and prioritization of requirements in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibility for requirement management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders Budget planning and controlling as well as ensuring compliance with SLAs and service standards

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in the design, implementation and development of application services and IT processes (service management) Experience in managing IT projects and controlling external IT service providers Wide knowledge of popular technologies in the application environment incl. Cloud services Practical experience in the planning and implementation of tenders and the design of service contracts High analytical capacity, communication strength and enforcement capacity in cross-departmental projects
