Risk Management & Quant Modelling Expert

You opt for group-wide risk management, take the risk inventory and develop processes, models and reporting. You develop and validate stochastic models for corporate risks and develop robust stress tests as well as scenario analyses. You establish scalable model pipelines and secure compliance and governance. You optimize data flows, integrate them into the central data platform and implement automated risk analyses with back testing and monitoring. You actively contribute to the further development of the group-wide concept of risk sustainability and shape the governance structures in risk management.

You have a degree with quantitative or economic focus (e.g. finance, mathematics, statistics, energy management, STEM). You bring relevant professional experience in risk controlling, risk management, energy trading or in a quantitative environment – or convince by a strong analytical mindset and high level of readiness to learn. You have pronounced data and model understanding (e.g. SQL, VBA, databases, ideally BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) and are strong in automation and process optimization. You work structured, think networked and develop methods, systems and processes proactively through close cooperation with the departments. You can communicate complex facts in an address-oriented and convincing manner.
