Engineer as Project Manager S-Bahn Power Supply

As project manager:in you will become part of the newly oriented S-Bahn power supply unit within DB Energie GmbH – the energy supply company of Deutsche Bahn. In a dedicated team of around 14 colleagues, you actively shape the further development and modernization of the energy infrastructure for the S-Bahn systems. With the planning, development and provision of efficient energy infrastructure, DB Energie GmbH makes a significant contribution to the implementation of the energy transition in the DB Group. In our new OE S-Bahn power supply, we bundle competencies to develop the electrical supply structure of the S-Bahn networks in a future-proof, efficient and sustainable manner. At the next time, we are looking for you as an engineer:in as project manager:in S-Bahn power supply (w/m/d) for DB Energie GmbH at the Berlin site. To be perfectly prepared for your new tasks, you will be “tracked” with us in an onboarding program tailor-made for you. These include basic and specialist training, training plan and smaller task packages that are specifically adapted to your work. We also provide you with personal care through sponsors and mentors. Your tasks:

Your heart beats for demanding technology projects: As project manager:you control several projects around the S-Bahn power switchgear, guide them to success in a structured manner and actively shape the energy infrastructure of the railway of tomorrow In everyday work you are in the middle of the project business: you are the central link in our projects – from the first stages of planning to the final handover to the customer In the case of public approval procedures (e.g. EBA, spatial planning, planning) you are responsible Project management tools such as structure and scheduling, risk analysis and reporting are targeted and secure You will document the progress of your projects without any gaps and submit the relevant data in the systems used

Your profile:

A completed study in the field of electrical engineering, industrial engineering with focus on electrical engineering Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience in the project business of infrastructure projects for energy supply or comparable With tools like SAP and MS Office you have first professional experience and ideally you have first knowledge of BIM methodology Your work is structured, solution-oriented and efficient – even with complex technical challenges You like to work independently, think analytically and keep an overview even in complex situations Communication strength, team spirit and desire for large infrastructure projects complete your profile
