We are an anthro­poso­phic hospital and an academic teaching hospital of the Charité with 400 beds. In 14 specialist areas, we offer our patients a holistic supply that combines medical diagnostics and therapy with a variety of approaches to anthro­poso­phic medicine. Our house has four certified cancer centres – breast cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer and oncological centre. We are now looking for support Head of Nursing / OTA (w/m/d) in full or part-time.

You run the care team with 15 employees (m/w/d) You take care of the human and organizational leadership, in particular the personnel deployment planning You are a member of an interdisciplinary board You plan and optimize workflows in close cooperation with the team of anaesthesia In coordination with the anaesthetists (m/w/d) and operators (m/w/d), You coordinate the daily planning of the OP program You develop and implement cross-departmental projects

Qualification and Experience: A completed training as an OTA or health and nursing agent (m/w/d) with experience in surgery Additional Qualifications: A degree in nursing management, a further education as OP Manager (m/w/d) or as a station management would be desirable, but not condition Leadership experience: First leadership experiences are already available. Scope of employment: full-time or part-time employment possible, with your share of employment being at least 75%. Personal skills: loyalty, communication skills, endurance and reliability as well as an appreciation of our patient
