What we plan together: In the HR Processes & Automation team, we develop innovative solutions for the redesign, optimization and automation of HR processes in close cooperation with the specialist areas. Our internal customers operate in the service areas, in particular in the administrative and charge-relevant environment. Your focus is on the exciting topic of Process Automation. We automate HR processes from idea to roll-out to create added value for our customers. We use a versatile toolbox – from RPA solutions to low-code tools to script solutions. Targeted, committed and with high quality standards, we are driving forward the digitization of the HR processes together.

What you do with us: Your support is in demand: You work with operating activities around our automation processes, such as processing incoming requests or documentation of projects in Confluence. You keep an overview: You monitor and process in-depth enquiries on your own. You are in the middle of it: you support us in ongoing projects and take on independent tasks, such as creating workflows for team-internal efficiency enhancement (e.g. with Power Automate). Teamwork is at the top of you: you pitch your ideas and approaches for process optimization and automation and you synchronize together to implement the best solution.

What convinces us: First of all, your personality: You convince by your high motivation and commitment, as well as your team orientation, communication skills and independent, structured and conscientious working. You have a strong interest in innovative technologies for the digitization and automation of business processes. You are enrolled in a degree program from the field of economics, business informatics, or a comparable field, and you are still studying at least two semesters. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the field of low-code and/or RPA and brings a high level of readiness to learn to work into the tools SAP HCM, Jira and Confluence. You are routined in dealing with Microsoft Office, in particular Power Point for creating attractive presentations. Criteria are important – but you are at the heart of the world! So you like to apply, even if you can't put every checker.
