Head of Turbine Engineering (m/f/d)

You run an experienced team, move at eye level with leading WEA manufacturers and actively shape our projects technically and economically. You are responsible for the strategic and operational management of our turbine engineering over all phases of the project – from plant selection to transfer to the plant. You work closely with project development, purchasing, politics, construction and operation and ensure that technical decisions are made economically meaningful, sustainable and sustainable. You are Sparringspartner:in for management, team and external partners – and actively brings your experience into key decisions. Your responsibility: Leadership of a distributed team of 6 specialist engineers:inside and 1 project assistance Technical responsibility for the assessment, preparation and optimization of wind turbines (Stage 3–5) as a basis for investment decisions Control and negotiation of contracts with WEA manufacturers (e.g. Vestas, Nordex, Enercon, Siemens) Further development of cooperation with manufacturers and the establishment of resilient partnerships Active design of CapEx/OpEx structures, yield optimization and risk mitigation Optimization of central interfaces along the project chain (project development, purchasing, construction, operation) Introduction of market, technology and regulatory developments in strategic decisions Ensuring clear processes, efficient cooperation and high quality of results in the team You meet decisions with direct influence on investments, revenues and technical standards of our projects in Germany, France and Greece.

Multiannual experience in the wind energy environment – ideally in a role with responsibility for WEA, projects or manufacturer control leadership experience as well as a clear standing towards team, management and external partners Funded technical understanding of wind turbines and their economic impact Experience in cooperation or negotiation with WEA manufacturers Ability to combine technical, economic and strategic aspects Structured, clear working and decision-making Very good knowledge of German and English
