IT Service and Outsourcing Manager with a focus on provider management and service ownership (m/f/d)

Planning and control of outsourcing and transition projects Selection, assignment and coordination of external IT service providers Definition of performance volumes, responsibilities, SLA and key figures Ensuring knowledge transfer, documentation, testing and acceptance Takeover of the internal service Ownership after completion of the transition Control of service quality, costs, capacities and further development Coordination of disturbances, changes, escalations and maintenance measures Ensuring monitoring, information security and emergency provision Coordination between service providers, internal departments and management Creation of decision bases and regular service reports The focus of the position is on the comprehensive management of IT services – not on the operational administration of individual systems.

Multiannual experience in IT service, infrastructure or provider management Practical experience with IT outsourcing and service transactions Good technical understanding of modern data center, cloud, network and workplace services Experience with SLA, KPI, service catalogues and accountability models Knowledge in project, change, risk and emergency management Embossed understanding of information security and authorization management Structured, binding and solution-oriented operation Communication and negotiation strength to management and service providers Very good German and good English skills Advantages: Knowledge in ITIL, Microsoft Cloud Technologies, Windows/Linux, Network Security or IBM i.
