The “Control & Controlling” group supports the efficient management of the capital markets private customers. The topics include financial controlling, cost and income planning, management reporting and personnel. In addition, an essential part of our work is the coordination of regulatory requirements, especially in operational risk management. As OpRisk Coordinator (m/w/d), you are responsible for compliance with relevant regulations and minimising operational risks in the area of capital markets. This includes the proactive identification, assessment and management of risks and the development of adequate risk mitigation measures. You act as a central interface for the department in all matters relating to the central storage, outsourcing, conflict of interest and archiving management in the context of MaRisk. You are multipliers and knowledge intermediaries to receive relevant information from other areas of the DZ BANK and to be targeted in the area. You design and optimize internal processes from conception to implementation and support. You are open to innovative solutions and the use of modern technologies such as GenAI.

Successful study of economics with a focus on risk management or a comparable academic degree Multiannual professional practice in the financial sector in the above-mentioned field of responsibility and ideally in the retail securities business knowledge of non-financial risks and processes and products in the capital market business Own initiative and a structured, process-oriented way of working Know-how in the regulatory environment and the resulting requirements for the capital market business (e.g. MiFID II, WpHG or MiCAR) is advantageous Very good German in word and writing, supplemented by communication strength in dealing with various stakeholders
