Rescuer of the river floodplains with communication skills (m/f/d)

The Landshut Water Management Office – an authority in the business area of the Bavarian State Ministry for the Environment and Consumer Protection – is the regional specialist authority for all questions of water management, water construction and water protection in the western Lower Bavaria.

We are looking at the next time Savior (m/w/d) with communication skills indefinite, in parttime (20-24 hours/week).

Your job will be a key role in the project development of renaturation on our rivers and waters. We want to give our rivers more space to (own) development. Here you come into play with your interest in river renaturation and communications talent. With the most important building in our project developments, it is on site to convince the property owners and to promote them for the rescue of our river lakes. We can design only with sufficient available reason. Each successful completion of basic acquisition is a step in the right direction. Water management is also protected by nature. A little administration is of course part of a water management office. But it should not be possible to take away true river weather. In detail, your tasks include: Acquisition and exchange of land (final step for the initiation of renaturation projects) Communication and negotiation with property owners (we convince with words and our actions) Separation of illegal land use (We look at what we trust) Regulation and conclusion of utilities and property transitions (that we know what we are doing) Taking out external dates (you really get out of the office!)

Your profile (m/w/d) or specialist (m/w/d) in the field of real estate, state-approved technicians or masters in the field of agriculture, forestry, construction or the environment, legal specialist or comparable safe occurrence to our negotiating partners, strong communication talent (Remain our visions and awaken enthusiasm) Self-employed, careful and structured work (so that everything remains in the river) Very good knowledge of common computer application (MS-Office) as well as the willingness to work into new programs (also you should be able to further develop with us) Good knowledge of German in word and writing (Bairisch K enntnisse of Benefit) readiness and ability to provide services (Guideline Class B) Mobility in the terrain (Gummiboots are available in the setting) Applicants must meet the requirements for a working relationship with the Free State of Bavaria
