Deals from the demo to the signature: You take qualified leads from our SDRs and run them through live demos, negotiations and conclusion. Your closing, your success. Live demos that remain hanging: You don't simply show online dealers features, but how pickware makes their camp and their everyday life more concrete. Advice instead of film slaughter. The need really understand: You immerse yourself in the processes of your potential customers, from picking to return, and build a business case that convinces. Keep your pipeline under control: You manage multiple deals in parallel, keep your CRM clean and deliver reliable forecasts. Your funnel is not a gut feeling, but a system. Engage with the team: You give SDRs feedback on lead quality, give customers a clean boost to customer success and share market insights with product and marketing. Pickware at events and fairs represent: You are actively approaching people, bringing talks at eye level and returning with new opportunities. Developing our sales process: You’re questioning Playbooks, testing new approaches and helping us get better with every deal.

Join Closing Experience: You have already completed B2B Deals independently, ideally in the SaaS or e-commerce environment, and know how to actively manage a sales cycle instead of accompanying it. You listen to more than you talk, ask the right questions and sell solutions instead of licenses. Completion of the final strength and toughness: A “We are reporting” is the beginning for you, not the end. You stay on it without getting intrusive. Technology affinity is: you understand how e-commerce, merchandise and interfaces interact, and can easily explain complex topics. Speak German at native language level and move safely in English.
