You're talking about a target group-oriented conception of presence-& hybrid events You are also responsible for the on-site preparation and refurbishment of events from the operator's and organizer's point of view You hold the threads together between all involved interfaces (internal and external), you are responsible for the project progress and control the operational project management You enter our speakers (m/w/d) and participants during the event You think “outside-of-the-box” and create new and targeted event formats You are constantly developing our range of services with your richness of ideas

You have a successful degree in event management or a comparable training with the Schwerpunk event and event management You have been able to gain at least 2 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field of work and ideally have well-founded knowledge and extensive experience in processes and processes You have a wealth of ideas, a hand-on mentality and a high level of service and customer orientation You draw your attention through your structured, reliable and responsible work You have a safe appearance, team and communication skills and flexibility You are safe in handling MS Office applications and have very good German and good English skills JOBV1_EN
