Your tasks with us Responsibility for the best care quality: You realize innovative care concepts and ensure that quality standards are complied with. The needs of our residents are at the heart of this. Employees lead and motivate: You support the nursing service management in organizing the care processes and designing the service planning. Your profile for us You have a completed training as a nursing professional, nursing professional or examinated nurse*in as well as experience in stationary or outpatient care. You ideally have a training as a residential management and at least 2 years of management experience. You know the requirements of the medical service and implement them with care.
