We are looking for a

Location: Frankfurt am Main Start date: August 2026, 2 years During training as an industrial businessman (w/m/d), you will get to know different business processes and work actively in various business areas.

an interesting and varied two-year training in an internationally active family business exciting operations in different departments of our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, including in the fields of supply chain, purchasing, product management, sales, personnel and finance a training phase in our production plant in Stadtallendorf, where you will get insights into some production-specific departments Vocational education and training in block phases focusing on procurement processes, human resources management, sales processes and financing

an at least good (special) abitur and interest in economic contexts fluent German and very good English skills as well as safe application of MS Office programs a high level of commitment, readiness and initiative Joy in learning and discovering new themes and tasks very good communication skills in dealing with different in- and external speakers in an intercultural environment Organizational talent and flexibility to adapt to new challenges
