Welcome to the team: Together we are driving the climate-neutral building stock ahead – join us as: HR Specialist Workday – Focus Learning & Talent/Performance Management (w/m/d) in full-time or part-time, R-103262 Location: Eschborn

You take responsibility for the operation, configuration and optimization of the Workday modules Learning and Talent/Performance Management. Together with the tandem partners from the HR sector, you will analyze and identify process inefficiencies and develop matching optimization suggestions and system adjustments. As a second-level support, you support our (international) HR teams for user requests, problems and coordinate professional requirements. You accompany workday releases and updates, evaluate new functionality and take care of a smooth implementation. Through training and documentation, you support knowledge transfer within the company.

You bring relevant practical experience in the configuration and administration of Workday, ideally focusing on the modules Learning and Talent/Performance Management. Experiences with adjacent modules (e.g. HCM, Recruiting) and interface management are a plus. You have fun in process optimization and actively shape efficient, user-friendly processes in the HR environment. High service orientation, pronounced communication skills as well as safe German and English knowledge in word and writing are the distinguishing features. You like to work in the team, get active and appreciate the professional exchange with different areas.
