We focus on the care of anxiety patients. Modern technologies such as 3D X-rays and our in-house dental laboratory guarantee products of highest quality. You are already working as a dentist / dentist, have at least five years of professional experience and look in a long-term position as a dental director? Then we are looking for you with your expertise as an enrichment for our practice team.

Team development: You take on professional and disciplinary leadership responsibility and develop your team along the strategic orientation of practice. New Ways: Supported by colleagues of the Competence Center and our MVZs You develop market-oriented practical concepts and implement them consistently. Construction: In close cooperation with the practice management, you will continue to expand the practice team and the patient strain. Patient contact: In everyday dental medicine you take over the diagnosis and execution of the therapies. You are responsible for compliance with the quality and hygiene requirements as well as the treatment guidelines and requirements of dental documentation.

You have successfully completed your studies in dentistry and have the German, dental approval. Experience: You look back on several years of practical experience in classical dental treatment and as a dental guide. Leadership Skills: As a manager (m/w/d), you have an open ear for the concerns of your employees and motivate them to top performances. Passion: Your enthusiasm for the topics of strategic and operational management is reflected in your will to design, your entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as in your pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. Directives: You are familiar with the requirements of dental documentation and treatment guidelines.
