On board the ships, 136 positions are directly supervised by TUI Cruises GmbH. For the brand Mein Schiff®, a fleet of eight ships travels. Since the end of 2020, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises has also been part of TUI Cruises GmbH with a fleet of currently five ships. The Mein Schiff® fleet offers up-to-date holiday trips on sea in the premium segment (My Schiff 1 to My Schiff 7 and the Mein Schiff Relax). Responsibility for price, capacity and utilization control within the fleets for the brand My Schiff fleet and for the brand Hapag-Lloyd Cruises Cooperation and influencing the strategic and operational pricing in all sales channels, e.g. also in price promotions, advertisements and mailings Daily monitoring of the relevant key figures and corresponding adjustment of prices and control parameters Monitoring and analysis of price and product developments, including regular competitive analysis, as well as monitoring the success of their own actions Creating Ad-Hoc Data Analysis and Reportings to Improve Control Impulses for the further development of the general control and reporting tools as well as the suitable key figures Close coordination and cooperation with the aviation department for optimised capacity planning and pricing, as well as interface to sales and marketing for the handling of utilisation-promoting measures master data management and monitoring of pricing systems, action codes, quotas, limits and rules in all distribution channels

Complete economic studies or comparable training Including experience in Revenue Management/Yield Management Experience with data analysis as well as handling BI and data warehouse tools Analytical skills and affinity for numbers and technical processes Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint Careful and reliable operation combined with good organizational capacity Team player with high commitment and commitment
