Head of Application Solutions

As a specialist field manager:in the field of EW Application Solutions, you are responsible for the translation of business requirements into digital solutions and functional and disciplinary management of development teams in analysis, design and implementation. You take over the operational management of resources for projects and ongoing tasks to maximize efficiency and achieve project objectives. Ensuring the stable system operation of the entire EW-DI including monitoring, incident management as well as performing updates, patches and maintenance work are also your tasks. In addition, you take over the resource and capacity management of internal and external employees:in the field of engineering and application management. The stakeholder:internal management with departments and other EW-DI functions, to translate business and architecture requirements, complete your task profile.

You have a successfully completed master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification. You have several years of experience in managing teams or projects, ideally in the energy or IT environment. Experience in managing developer teams as well as managing highly available application and system landscapes. High self-initiative, sense of responsibility, enforcing, team capacity and communication strength, combined with a structured and result-oriented way of working, characterize your personality.
