Control and harmonisation of global FI/CO processes across works and departments, taking into account governance, compliance and group standards, including cross-border responsibility for earnings Special responsibility for the further development of the finance process landscape as part of the S/4HANA transformation, including binding control and prioritization with IT, Process Ownern and other stakeholders Key user function in the SAP S/4HANA FI/CO incl. technical tests and cross-disciplinary responsibility for ensuring process quality Management and coordination of cross-departmental optimization and transformation initiatives for standardization, automation and sustainable improvement of finance and controlling processes with cross-border control responsibility Recording and evaluating technical requirements and binding derivation and coordination of solutions with IT and specialist areas Modeling and documentation of business processes (e.g. Signavio) taking into account system relationships and definition of binding standards Analysis of impacts on key figures and economic viability and responsibility for deriving and implementing sustainable optimization measures Advising the areas of expertise and binding safeguarding the technical consistency and governance conformity in system operation

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on controlling/finance or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in finance and controlling Funded understanding of end-to-end financial and controlling processes and their business relationships Experience in the harmonisation, standardization and optimization of business processes in an international environment Practical experience in ERP transformation projects, ideally in the SAP S/4HANA environment Good knowledge of SAP financial and controlling processes (FI/CO), ideally with experience as a key user or process owner Embossed analytical and conceptual skills and a structured working method High communication and moderation competence as well as experience in stakeholder management Very good knowledge of German and English
