Planner heating/ventilation/air conditioning (gn*)

As a senior technical store facility manager, you are responsible for the planning and design of HKL systems for construction measures in our approximately 2,000 stores in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. This includes the following activities: Assessment of existing building facilities in renovations and new rentals Project work, among others, for the further development of sustainable building concepts and technical shop equipment such as climate and lighting technology Instruction and verification of specialist companies and service providers Support in the tendering and awarding of external construction and services Sampling of quality assurance missions in branches and quality management support

A further training for technicians, masters or a completed study in the field of building technology/supply technology, preferably with the focus on heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology. Or multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills High self-initiative and a proactive and targeted approach Good communication skills, decision and enforcement strength
