Leadership, coaching, motivation and further development of employees personnel deployment planning and planning and control of the team and production capacities to ensure timely delivery recruitment, incorporation and assessment of employees Ensuring operational processes, quality standards and achieving our goals Responsibility for the daily business in Technical Service Germany Installation, configuration and quality assurance of the produced computer systems Ensuring clean, standardized and quality-oriented assembly of high-end systems Development, maintenance and optimization of Microsoft Images for our productive systems 2nd and 3rd level support in German and English Continuous optimization of work and production processes based on lean management principles Conciliation, promotion and consistent application of Lean Management as a principle in the team Support in assembly of high-end systems Cooperation with other departments, in particular technical support for sales and product management Close cooperation with Lean Manager / Process Engineer to analyze, standardize and improve processes Participation in process and quality initiatives and in the implementation of defined improvement measures Call readiness alarm tracking

Complete technical training, a degree in engineering/economy engineering or comparable technical qualification with IT/hardware reference Multiannual professional experience in technical service, assembly, production or quality assurance of electronic devices/computer systems Experience in leadership, deployment planning and further development of employees Funded knowledge of Lean Management, Process Management and Quality Assurance, and willingness to actively impart these principles to the team High affinity for high-end hardware, PC technology and customized system configurations Embossed organisational skills, enforcement ability, quality awareness and team player mentality Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Experience in assembly, configuration or quality assurance of high-end or water-cooled PC systems Experience in capacity planning, key figures management and continuous improvement of operational processes Safe handling of Microsoft environments, imaging processes and common IT service tools First aid / fire protection aid
