Project Manager Rehabilitation and Aftercare (m/f/d)

Every year, 270,000 federal citizens suffer a stroke. In total, 1.8 million people with their consequences live in Germany. This poses great challenges to our society and our health system. Avoid strokes, improve care and help people: These are the tasks of the non-profit foundation Deutsche Schlaganfall-Hilfe. The needs of those affected are at the heart of our work.

In acute medical terms, stroke patients in Germany are supplied at a very high level. It becomes problematic after the hospital and rehabilitation stay: many are overwhelmed in the aftercare.

Against this background, the Foundation has been working with a network of regional partners since its foundation, especially self-help groups, stroke helpers, medical professionals, medical hospitals and clinics. You are, in particular, an important support for the strokes and their families.

In order to significantly strengthen and expand this (official) network, we are now looking for a new team member, limited to two years, full-time as

Projektmanager/in (m/w/d)

Your duties You... support the support of our regional networks (particularly qualification medical homes, self-help, stroke helpers) and contribute to further development. support the conceptual and creative project development in the field of rehabilitation and care. develop service offers for the regional partners. participate in internal communication of work results and in cross-departmental projects focusing on regional activities. represent the Foundation at external events (meetings, trainings, actions).

Successfully completed studies and/or vocational training in the field of health practical experience, in particular in dealing with patients and/or people affected by stroke and their relatives knowledge in the area of stroke supply desirable Sensitivity and feel for people with stroke Imprinted communication and consulting skills Ready to travel (even on weekends) Very good organizational capacity and good project management Knowledge and experience in volunteer management of advantage Team and collaborative capability, safe occurrence and fun on active networks Quality and high degree of independence
