Head of Construction Project Execution (m/f/d)

Our client is a renowned group of companies that have been successful for decades, which provides an extensive range of services for their nationwide customers in demolition, civil engineering and in adjacent structures.

In order to strengthen the management team and in the course of the further organic growth of the company, the established middle trader is looking for the project execution (m/w/d) at the location in the middle of Lower Saxony as soon as possible.

You control, organize and manage the operational processes of construction project execution in terms of dates, quality and budget, and conduct the approximately 10-person dedicated project and construction manager team professionally and disciplinefully. You actively support the new customer acquisitions, maintain, bind and develop the existing customers in a sustainable manner and are contact persons in higher escalation levels for contracting representatives, e.g. in the case of construction time delays, follow-up negotiations and deficiencies. You accompany the seamless transfer of projects from costing to execution and ensure a structured and effective design of knowledge transfer as well as binding project start discussions. Together with the project managers, You identify yield potentials, develop strategies for enforcing them and are responsible for implementing effective follow-up management. You design, standardize and establish resilient processes continuously within the framework of more complex projects in the sense of customer satisfaction, minimising warranty risks and project profitability within a very dynamic environment.

You have successfully completed a degree in the field of civil engineering or a comparable technical training with continuing vocational training. You bring multi-annual expertise and leadership experience from the construction industry, are well familiar with the tasks and procedures in project execution, work independently and have a look at economic, quality and risks. You have already demonstrated your sovereign appearance, communication and negotiation skills and enforcement strength in dealing with clients, in particular in the follow-up management and in conflict situations. You are a responsible and reliable, customer- and solution-oriented, efficient and process-affinity management with organizational talent and the ability to balance project and business interests. As your team's Sparring partners, You are predominantly present at the site and also bring a certain readiness to travel a few days a month within the framework of regional projects.
