We are looking for legal & compliance, Compliance & Authorities Department Senior Consultant (m/w/d) unlimited / full time

Further development of the methods and processes of the compliance organization in cooperation with the compliance officer Observation of significant legal changes and other requirements as part of legal monitoring Assessment of compliance risks and related risk mitigating measures Targeted monitoring of implementation levels to legal requirements in the context of compliance monitoring activity Evaluation of relevant reports (e.g. internal audit, commissioner) and advice on the implementation of necessary measures in the company Conducting risk-oriented audits and control measures in the areas of expertise Support and advice of managers and project managers of the 1st-line-of-defense regarding compliance with legal regulations and regulations Support for annual risk analysis and reporting to the Management Board Further development and operation of the LBS Süd reporting system

Successfully completed studies of law with both State Examina and successfully completed economic/economic studies Professional experience in compliance and ideally good knowledge of regulatory requirements for the financial industry (MaRisk, KWG, BAIT, GWG, etc.) as well as bank legislation Ideally experience in audit societies Embossed analytical skills and good conceptual skills Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Safe appearance and pronounced communicative skills Fun at work in the team and reliability
