Complete studies in the field of pedagogy, social work or a comparable qualification or vocational training in the field of education or nursing, as well as many years of professional experience in the management of a nursery or in a comparable position Knowledge of early childhood pedagogy and development psychology, evidence of educational training Additional qualification in the U3 area and specialist for daycare facilities Valid police certificate required Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Representative leadership and organisational competence Excellent communication and team skills Ability to create a motivating and supporting working environment Creativity and Innovation in the Development and Implementation of Educational Concepts Confidence with the legal framework and quality standards in the field of childcare Very good musical knowledge or love for music
