You guide the team professionally as well as intricately and develop it further You are responsible for the development, optimization and release of cuts, taking account of fit, quality and efficiency You control and coordinate sampling and take care of the derivation and implementation of fit optimizations You are responsible for ensuring a frictionless development process and maintaining dates You create and care for 3D simulations and make them available to the relevant departments You will start model descriptions and technical model documents You enter and use prototypes, MVV and size sets in terms of fit You are working on graduations and giving free models for reproduction and production You will also take care of the provision and support of sample orders for contractors and suppliers

You have a completed study of apparel technology with a focus on cutting / CAD / product development or a comparable training, e.g. as a cutting director / modelmaker (GN) You will bring at least 3 professional experience in all essential processes of clothing development and cutting. A completed tailoring course is of advantage and you have ideally first experience in the application of CLO 3D You have very good knowledge of German and English You work independently, carefully and keep a cool head even in high phases Team skills, hands-on skills and flexibility complete your profile
