Strategic responsibility for the construction, development and control of quality and hygiene management throughout the MVZ Guidance, training and technical assistance of the designated QM and hygiene officers in the individual practices Development of uniform QM and hygiene standards and ensuring the cross-site implementation Implementation of central audits, missions and action tracking in close cooperation with the practical management Preparation and coordination of external audits and certifications Advising the management in all questions about quality, hygiene and patient safety Building a systematic reporting system including action management and risk analysis

Complete training in health care with additional training in quality management (e.g. QMB) Further training as hygiene officers or corresponding qualification Multiannual professional experience in healthcare, ideal in the outpatient area Practical experience in building and implementing QM and hygiene structures Experience in the guidance and training of employees Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength and safe occurrence Willingness to cross-site cooperation Good computer knowledge (Office, possibly QM/hygiene documentation)
