Control and coordination of Veeva releases for the implementation of bug fixes and configurable system adjustments Analysis of new release functionality and evaluation of configurable elements with regard to usefulness and feasibility Recommendation of the most effective implementation strategy for coordinated system improvements Technical implementation and configuration of the shared improvements in the system Implementation of impact assessments for regular system releases (including evaluation of auto-on functions) Analysis and elimination of system errors and the development of sustainable solutions Implementation of corrective measures within the system configuration User administration: installation, modification and deactivation of users

Multiannual, well-founded experience as System Owner, Administrator or Power User with Veeva Vault Experience in the regulated environment with a comprehensive understanding of GxP requirements (in particular GMP and/or GCP) and the principles of computer-assisted system validation (CSV) Practical experience in the configuration of Veeva Vault (beyond pure use), in particular in the areas of workflows, authorization concepts and metadata management At least 3–5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology or a comparable regulated environment Excellent analytical skills and excellent communication and presentation skills German and English knowledge in word and writing
