They take over the professional leadership of a team in assembly and represent the department management in professional topics. Development and updating of capacity and personnel deployment planning including Resource planning is one of your tasks. They are active participants in the shop-floor management of a team of assembly. They communicate the production goals into the assembly team and actively contribute to the optimization of the assembly processes by selecting and obtaining work equipment.
